Thanks to the hard work of Nova Scotians over the last decade, we’ve been able to add renewable energy to our grid, develop tidal and wind energy, and increase our energy efficiency.

Now we’re developing a Cap-and-Trade Program to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Nova Scotia. We are working closely with the federal government to ensure our program meets their requirements, while also keeping costs low for Nova Scotians.
